Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الدعم الأسري و الاجتماعي في تحقيق التوافق النفسي لدى المرضى المصابين بالتشوهات الخلقية ، حيث نصت الفرضية على " الدعم الأسري و الاجتماعي يحقق التوافق النفسي لدى الأفراد المصابين بالتشوهات الخلقية " و للتحقق من صحتها قمنا بدراسة لعينة تتكون من (09)حالات كلهم مصابين بالتشوهات الخلقية و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا باستخدام المنهج الإكلينيكي و قمنا بجمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة و كل من مقياس الدعم الاجتماعي و مقياس التوافق النفسي و في الأخير تم التوصل إلى النتائج مفادها أن كل حالات الدراسة كان لديها دعم اجتماعي أكبر من المتوسط (08 حالات) باستثناء حالة واحدة فقط ، و فيما يتعلق بالتوافق النفسي أظهرت النتائج أن 08 حالات لديها توافق نفسي 06 منها مرتفع و 02 حالات منها متوسط باستثناء حالة واحدة فقط.
و بالتالي فقد تحققت فرضية البحث ، حيث أن الحالات التي تحقق مستوى دعمها الاجتماعي أكبر من المتوسط تحقق توافقها النفسي أما الحالة التي تحصلت على مستوى أقل من المتوسط لم يتحقق توافقها النفسي.
The current study aimed to identify the role of family and social support in achieving psychological adjustment among patients with congenital malformations, as the hypothesis stated: “Family and social support achieves psychological adjustment among individuals with congenital malformations.”
To verify its validity, we studied a sample consisting of nine cases, all of them suffering from congenital malformations. To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the clinical approach and collected data using the semi-directed clinical interview and both the Social Support Scale and the Psychological Adjustment Scale. Finally, results were reached that all the study cases had Social support is greater than average (08) cases, with the exception of one case, and with regard to psychological compatibility, the results showed that 08 cases have psychological compatibility, 06 of which are high and 02 cases are average, with the exception of one case.
Therefore, the research hypothesis was fulfilled, as the cases whose level of social support was greater than the average achieved psychological compatibility, while the cases whose social compatibility was not achieved at a level lower than the average did not achieve psychological compatibility.
