dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة : هدفت دراستنا الموسومة " المجتمعات الشرقية و تمثلات النزعة الاستشراقية في السينما الأمريكية " التي هي بالأساس دراسة تحليلية سيميولوجية لعينة من الأفلام الأمريكية وهما فيلم "A Hologram For The King " و فيلم " Blood Diamond " إلى التعرف على النزعة الاستشراقية من خلال الصورة و الصوت و الحركة وهي اللغة السينمائية ، وكشف ما تحمله بين المشاهد السينمائية من مدلولات إيحائية خفية ، و ابراز الأيديولوجيات المتضمنة لهذين الفيلمين و تبيان صورة العرب المسلمين و الأفارقة في نظر أمريكا ، بالإعتماد على منهج التحليل السيميولوجي و مستعينا بمقاربة رولان بارث و مقاربة كريستيان ميتز ، حيث توصلنا في النتائج النهائية إلى أن السينما الأمريكية تسعى إلى تشويه و تزييف صورة الشرق بصفة عامة ، و العرب المسلمين و الأفارقة بصفة خاصة و دائما تقوم على اختزال الآخر ، و كذا الصورة النمطية السلبية السيئة على العرب المسلمين و الأفارقة على أنهم مجرمين ، قاتلين ، متشردين ، هجميين ، محبي الصراعات و النزاعات و سفك الدماء على غرار الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي تدعو بالأمن و السلام و الاستقرار لكل دول الشرق . الكلمات المفتاحية : الاستشراق ، السينما ، المسلم ، إفريقيا Résumé : Notre étude , intitulée « Les sociétés orientales et les représentations de l’orientalisme dans le cinéma américain « , est une analyse sémiologique approfondie de deux films américains : A Hologram For The King et Blood Diamond . L’objectif principal est d’examiner comment le cinéma américain véhicule des stéréotypes orientalistes à travers les images , le son et le mouvement c’est -à- dire le langage cinématographique en mettant en lumière les significations implicites et idéologique qui se cachent derrière les scènes . Cette étude cherche également à dévoiler la manière dont les Arabes , les Musulmans et les Africains sont perçus par l’Amérique . En nous appuyant sur la méthode d’analyse sémiologique et les approches de Roland Barthes et Christian Metz , nous avons constaté que le cinéma américain tend à déformer et falsifier l’image de l’Orient en général , et celle des Arabes Musulmans et des Africains en particulier . Il réduit constamment l’Autre à des stéréotypes négatifs , les représentant comme des criminels , des meurtriers , des marginaux , des barbares, des amateurs de conflits et de violences sanglantes , tandis que les Etats-Unis se présentent comme un modèle de paix , de sécurité et de stabilité pour les pays orientaux . Mots - clés : orientalisme , cinéma , musulman , Afrique Study Abstract Our study , titled « Eastern Societies and Representations of Orientalist Tendencies in American Cinema « is an in-depth semiological analysis of two American films : A Hologram For The King and Blood Diamond . The primary objective is to examine how American cinema conveys orientalist stereotypes through image , sound , and movement – that is , the cinematic language – by highlighting the implicit and ideological meanings embedded within the scenes . This study also aimes to reveal how Arabs , Muslims ,and Africans are perceived byAmerica . Relying on the semiological analysis method and the appooaches of Roland Barthes and Christian Metz , we found that American cinema tends to distort and falsify the image of the East in general , and that of Arabs , Muslims , and Africans in particular . It consistently reduces the « Other « to negative sterotypes , portraying them as criminals, murderers, outcasts , barbarians , lovers of conflit and bloodshed , while the United States presents itself as a model of peace , security , and stability for Eastern countries .
