dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين الخدمات الادارية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية فهو عنصر أساسي في تحسين خدماتها في الادارة، بعد الاتصال الداخلي الفعال أساسا لتنسيق العمل بين مختلف الوحدات الادارية مما يؤدي إلى تحقيق التعاون وتحسين الاداء الاداري في المؤسسة. تمت الدراسة من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات التي أجريت على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "مغنم الوناس" بعزازقة، مما تمت هذه الدراسة على عينة من موظفين الادارة في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية "مغنم الوناس" بعزازقة والمقدرة ب 40 مفردة، وتعتبر هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج دراسة حالة فإنه يهدف التوصل إلى نتائج يمكن تعميمها على مجتمع الدراسة. ­ يحتل الاتصال الداخلي مكانة هامة داخل المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية مغنم لوناس عزازقة. ­ توصلنا ان الاتصال الداخلي يساهم في تحسين الخدمات الادارية. ­ يلعب الاتصال الداخلي دور اساسي و فعال في تعزيز جودة الخدمات الادارية دخل المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية مغنم لوناس عزازقة. Résumé: L’étude vise à identifier le rôle de la communication interne dans l’amélioration des services administratifs d’un hôpital public. Il s’agit d’un élément fondamental de cette amélioration. Une communication interne efficace est essentielle à la coordination du travail entre les différentes unités administratives, favorisant ainsi la coopération et l’amélioration des performances administratives au sein de l’établissement. L’étude a été menée par questionnaire Un questionnaire a été utilisé pour collecter des données à l'hôpital public « Maghnem El Ounas » d'Azzaga. Cette étude a été menée auprès d'un échantillon de 40 employés administratifs de l'hôpital public « Maghnem El Ounas » d'Azzaga. Il s'agit d'une recherche descriptive et nous avons utilisé la méthode des études de cas afin d'obtenir des résultats généralisables à l'ensemble de la communauté étudiée La communication interne occupe une place importante au sein de l'hôpital public de Maghnem Lounes Azzazga. Nous avons constaté que la communication interne contribue à l'amélioration des services administratifs. La communication interne joue un rôle fondamental et efficace dans l'amélioration de la qualité des services administratifs au sein de l'hôpital public de Maghnem Lounes Azzazga Study Summary: The study aims to identify the role of internal communication in improving administrative services in a public hospital. It is a key element in improving administrative services. Effective internal communication is the basis for coordinating work between various administrative units, which leads to cooperation and improved administrative performance within the institution. The study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data at the level of the public hospital “Maghnem El Ounas” in Azzaga. This study was conducted on a sample of administrative employees at the public hospital “Maghnem El Ounas” in Azzaga, estimated at 40 individuals. This study is considered a descriptive research and we relied in our study on the case study method, as it aims to reach results that can be generalized to the study community Internal communication occupies an important position within the public hospital of Maghnem Lounes Azzazga. We have found that internal communication contributes to improving administrative services. Internal communication plays a fundamental and effective role in enhancing the quality of administrative services within the public hospital of Maghnem Lounes Azzazga
