Abstract
ملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة طبيعة التوجه نحو الحياة و مستوى تقبل العلاج لدى المراهق المصاب بالسيلياك ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 10 حالات مرضى السيلياك (منهم 3 ذكور، و 7 إناث)، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة إعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي من خلال تطبيق دراسة الحالة، وذلك بتطبيق الأدوات الآتية : المقابلة العيادية النصف الموجهة ، مقياس التوجه نحو الحياة لشاير وكارفر ، مقياس تقبل العلاج لسعيد قارة.
وبعد تفريغ وتحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها توصلنا إلى ما يلي :
لدى المراهقين المصابين بالسيلياك توجه إيجابي نحو الحياة.
لدى المراهقين المصابين بالسيلياك مستوى تقبل العلاج مرتفع بالنسبة لخمس حالات، ومنخفض لخمس حالات الأخرى.

Summary
The current study aimed to understand the nature of life orientation and the level of treatment acceptance among adolescents with celiac disease. The study sample consisted of 10 celiac disease patients (3 males and 7 females). To achieve the study objectives, we employed the clinical method through case study application, using the following tools: semi-directed clinical interview, Life Orientation Test by Scheier and Carver, and Treatment Acceptance Scale by Said Kara.
After data extraction and analysis, the results indicated the following:
Adolescents with celiac disease have a positive orientation towards life.
Adolescents with celiac disease exhibit a high level of treatment acceptance in five cases and a low level of treatment acceptance in the other five cases.
