Abstract
عنوان الدراسة هو مستويات الألكستيميا والشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى الراشدين المصابين بمرض السرطان، هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مستوى كل من الألكستيميا والشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى الراشدين المصابين بداء السرطان وتكونت مجموعة البحث من ست حالات عيادية من الراشدين المصابين بمرض السرطان، وتم الحصول عليهم من المستشفى العمومي الاستشفائي محمد بوداود بدلس، وقد تم إختيارهم بطريقة مقصودة.
اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي، وتم استخدام الأدوات التالية: المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، مقياس تورنتو لقياس الألكستيميا والذي قام بأعداده كل منpaker وTayor، Bagby سنة 1994 وطبقته الباحثة بوشوشة مريم في إطار تحضير رسالة الدكتوراه تحت اشراف الأستاذة البروفيسور نايت عبد السلام كريمة سنة 2017 على عينة من المجتمع الجزائري، وكذلك اعتمدنا على مقياس الشعور بالوحدة النفسية من إعداد راسل سنة 1996 وقد تم تكييفه على عينة من المجتمع الجزائري من طرف جعفر سندس سنة 2024.
* كان مستوى الألكستيميا لدى الراشدين المصابين بمرض السرطان يتراوح ما بين المرتفع والمتوسط.
* كان مستوى الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى الراشدين المصابين بمرض السرطان متوسط
* ومن خلال مناقشة النتائج على ضوء الإطار النظري واستنادا لمعطيات الحالات في المقابلة العيادية والمقاييس المطبقة يمكن القول انه يظهر المريض السرطان نشاط عقلي يتميز بسيادة العجز عن التعبير الانفعالي، إضافة الى وجود صعوبة تمييز الاحاسيس وضعف الخيال وهذا قد يساهم أيضا بالشعور بالوحدة النفسية لديهم، حيث أنه وجدناعند 4 حالات درجة مرتفعة من الالكستيميا وحالتين متوسطة، أما بالنسبة للشعور بالوحدة النفسية فوجدنا كل الحالات ذات مستوى متوسط.
Study Title: Alexthymia Levels and Psychological Loneliness in Adults with Cancer, The study aimed to find out the level of both alexthymia and psychological loneliness in adults with cancer.
The research group consisted of six clinical cases of adults with cancer, obtained from the public hospital Mohamed Boudaoud Dellys and they were selected intentionally.
- Study methodology and tools: In this study, we relied on the clinical approach, and the following
tools were used: semi- directed clinical interview, Toronto scale for measuring alextea,which was prepared by both paker and Tayor, Bagby in 1994 and applied by the researcher Bouchoucha Mariam in the framework of the preparation of the doctoral thesis under the supervision of Professor Professor Knight Abdel Salam Karima in 2017 on a sample of Algerian society, as well as we relied on the psychological loneliness scale prepared by Russell in 1996 and it was adapted to a sample of Algerian society By Jaafar Sundus in 2024.
- The level of alexthymia in adults with cancer was high to moderate.
- The level of psychological loneliness in adults with cancer was average.
- Through the discussion of the results in the light of the theoretical framework and based on the data of cases in the clinical interview and the measures applied, it can be said that the cancer patient shows mental activity characterized by the prevalence of the inability to express emotionally, in addition to the difficulty of distinguishing sensations and weak imagination, and this may also contribute to the feeling of psychological loneliness they have, as we found when 4 cases a high degree of Alcostimia and two cases of medium, as for the feeling of psychological loneliness, we found all cases with an average level.
Titre de l’étude et Niveaux d’alexthymie et solitude psychologique chez les adultes atteints de cancer, L’étude visait à déterminer le niveau d’alexthymie et de solitude psychologique chez les adultes atteints de cancer.
Le groupe de recherche était composé de six cas
Cliniques d’adultes atteints de cancer, obtenus de l’hôpital public Mohamed Boudaoud de dellys, et ils ont été sélectionnés intentionnellement.
- Méthodologie et outils de l’étude : Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l’approche clinique, et les outils suivants ont été utilisés : entretien clinique semi-dirigé, échelle de Toronto pour la mesure de l’alextea, qui a été préparée à la fois par paker et Tayor,
Bagby en 1994 et appliquée par le chercheur Bouchoucha Mariam dans le cadre de la préparation de la thèse de doctorat sous la direction du professeur Knight Abdel Salam Karima en 2017 sur un échantillon de la société algérienne, ainsi que sur l’échelle de solitude psychologique préparée par Russell en 1996 et elle a été adaptée à un échantillon de la société algérienne Par Jaafar Sundus en 2024.
* Le taux d’alexthymie chez les adultes atteints de cancer était élevé à modéré.
* Le niveau de solitude psychologique chez les adultes atteints de cancer était moyen
* À travers la discussion des résultats à la lumière du cadre théorique et sur la base des données des cas dans l’entretien clinique et des mesures appliquées, on peut dire que le patient cancéreux présente une activité mentale caractérisée par la prévalence de l’incapacité à s’exprimer émotionnellement, en plus de la difficulté à distinguer les sensations et de l’imagination faible, et cela peut également contribuer au sentiment de solitude psychologique qu’ils ont, comme nous l’avons constaté lorsque 4 cas un degré élevé d’Alcostimia et deux cas de moyenne, en ce qui concerne le sentiment de solitude psychologique, nous avons trouvé tous les cas avec un niveau moyen.
