Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف التأثيرات النفسية والاجتماعية لوجود طفل توحدي داخل الأسرة على إخوته. بالاعتماد على أدوات عيادية كالمقابلة النصف موجهة واختبار رسم العائلة، تم تحليل 9 حالات لأطفال يشاركون الحياة اليومية مع إخوتهم التوحديين. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود صراعات نفسية وشعور بالإقصاء والغيرة لدى بعض الحالات، مقابل قدرة على التكيف والتقبل لدى حالات أخرى. توصي الدراسة بمرافقة نفسية خاصة لهؤلاء الإخوة ضمن مقاربة أسرية شاملة.

Abstract:
This study aims to explore the psychological and social effects of having a child with autism within the family, focusing on their neurotypical siblings. Using clinical tools such as semi-structured interviews and the Family Drawing Test, the research analyzed 9 cases of siblings cohabiting with autistic children. Results revealed psychological struggles, feelings of exclusion and jealousy in some cases, while others demonstrated adaptive capacities and emotional acceptance. The study highlights the importance of providing psychological support to siblings as part of a holistic family-centered approach.
