dc.description.abstractملخص الدراسة: _ تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن المعتقدات الصحية والملائمة العلاجية لدى النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية لدى عينة من النساء وتمت الدراسة في المستشفى الجامعي "ندير محمد" بولاية تيزي وزو. ومنه جاءت فرضيات الدراسة كالتالي: 1_ تتمتع النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية بمعتقدات صحية إيجابية. 2_ تتميز النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية بملائمة علاجية مرتفعة. 3_ تؤثر المعتقدات الصحية على الملائمة العلاجية لدى النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية. وللتأكد من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام مقياسين: مقياس المعتقدات الصحية ومقياس الملائمة العلاجية. وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكوميترية لهذه الأدوات تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في (10) نساء مصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية في المستشفى الجامعي ندير محمد. وبعد جمع البيانات وتطبيق المقاييس، وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: 1_ ان النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية تتمتعن بمعتقدات صحية إيجابية. 2_ تتميز النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية بملائمة علاجية مرتفعة. 3_ وان المعتقدات الصحية تؤثر على الملائمة العلاجية لدى النساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية. _ وفي الأخير، تمت مناقشة نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، مع تقديم بعض التوصيات التي قد تساهم في تحسين الرعاية النفسية والطبية للنساء المصابات بتضخم الغدة الدرقية. Study Summary : The study aims to udpdate rsearch fcused on uncovering health beliefs and therapeutic adherence among wmen with thyroid. 1_ Women with thyroid gland hypertrophy have positive health beliefs. 2. Women with thyroid gland hypertrophy are characterized by a high level of therapeutic education. 3. Health beliefs influence therapeutic adequacy amng women with thyroid gland hypertropgy. To verify the study’s hypotheses, two scales were used : The health belief scale and the therapeutic adequacy scale. After checking the psychometric properties of these tools, they were applied to a sample of the study consisting of 10 women with thyroid gland hypertrophy at Nadir Mohammed University Hospital. After collecting the date and applying the two scales, the study results revealed the folliwing : 1_ Women with thyroid gland hypertrophy have positive health beliefs. 2_ Women with thyroid gland hypertrophy are characterized by a high leval of therapeutic education. 3_ Health beliefs influence therapeutic adequacy among women with thyroid gland hypertrophy. Finally, the results of the study were discussed in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, with the presentation of some recommendation that could contribute to improving psychological care for women with thyroid gland hyperrtrophy.
