Abstract
ملخص البحث بالعربية:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة مستوى الألكستيميا والمناعة النّفسية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، وطبق البحث في مركز مكافحة السرطان حمداد محمد مولود في بلدية ذراع بن خدة ولاية تيزي وزو لدى عينة قوامها سبع نساء مصابات بسرطان الثدي، وتمّ اختبارها بطريقة قصدية باستخدام المنهج العيادي المعتمد على دراسة حالة. لتحقيق ذلك تمّ الاستعانة بمقياسين على عينة البحث، مقياس الألكستيميا لتورينتو (TAS- 20) للباحثة بشوشة مريم لسنة 2021، ومقياس المناعة النّفسية لرحمة تيسير
العمري لسنة 2021 و توصلت النتائج إلى مستوى الألكستيميا مرتفع لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، ومستوى المناعة النّفسية منخفض لدى المصابات.
The current research aims to identify the level of alexithymia and psychological immunity among women with breast cancer. The research was conducted at the Hamad Mohamed Mouloud Cancer Control Center in the municipality of Draâ Ben Khedda, Tizi Ouzou province, on a sample of three female breast cancer patients. They were purposefully selected using the case study approach. To achieve this, two scales were used on the research sample: the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) and the Psychological Immunity Scale translated by Tayseer Al-Omari.
The results showed that the level of alexithymia is high among women with breast cancer, and the level of psychological immunity is low among the affected women.
