Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
انطلقت دراستنا من محاولة فهم ومعرفة مدى وجود علاقة بين عبء العمل وظهور الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى ممرضات مستشفى نذير محمد بتيز وزو، وبعد الإحاطة بالجانب النظري بفصليه، عبء العمل والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية، ومن اجل التحقق من فرضيات الدراسة قمنا بالدراسة الميدانية وذلك في المستشفى الجامعي "ندير محمد" بولاية تيزي وزو. وبتبني المنهج الوصي الذي يلائم هذه الدراس، ومن اجل جمع البيانات قمنا بتوزيع استبيان بني خصيصا لهذه الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ110 ممرضات تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية . وبعد جمع المعطيات قمنا بتحليلها بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss اعتمادا على معامل ارتباط بيرسون، فتحصلنا على النتائج التالية:
• لا توجد علاقة بين العبء الفيزيقي و الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضات العاملات في المستشفى الجامعي "ندير محمد" بولاية تيزي وزو.
• لا توجد علاقة بين العبء الذهني و الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى الممرضات العاملات في المستشفى الجامعي "ندير محمد" بولاية تيزي وزو.
• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى عبء العمل تبعا لمتغير السن.
• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى عبء العمل تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية.
• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تبعا لمتغير السن.
• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية.

Study Summary :
Our study began with an attempt to understand and determine the extent of the relationship between workload and the emergence of psychosomatic disorders. After covering the theoretical aspect in two chapters, the first chapter on workload and the second chapter on psychosomatic disorders, we then tackled the field study, which consisted of a pilot study of (30) nurses working at the University Hospital "Nadir Mohamed" in Tizi Ouzou. Then, we conducted the main study using the descriptive approach, where we distributed a questionnaire and a scale to a sample of (110) nurses. After collecting the data, we analyzed it using the SPSS statistical package, relying on Pearson's correlation coefficient, and obtained the following results:
- There is no relationship between physical workload and psychosomatic disorders among nurses working at the University Hospital "Nadir Mohamed" in Tizi Ouzou.
- There is no relationship between mental workload and psychosomatic disorders among nurses working at the University Hospital "Nadir Mohamed" in Tizi Ouzou.
- There are no statistically significant differences in workload levels according to the age variable.
- There are no statistically significant differences in workload levels according to the seniority variable.
- There are no statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders levels according to the age variable.
- There are no statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders levels according to the seniority variable.
