Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع وآفاق استخدام الأساتذة لخدمات المعلومات في دعم نشاطهم العلمي والبحثي سواءا في مجال التدريس أو إنجاز الأعمال الأكادمية كالمحاضرات، الندوات، المؤتمرات والبحوث. ولقد جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل توضيح مدى اهتمام الأساتذة الباحثين بخدمات المعلومات المقدمة من طرف المكتبة المركزية لجامعة مولود معمري واستخدامهم لها في إنتاجهم العلمي، ومدى مساهمة هذا النوع من الخدمات في رفع مستوى الإنتاج الفكري للأساتذة والتعرف على أنواع الخدمات المعلومات وأهميتها لتلبية الاحتياجات واشباع رغبات المستفدين.
حيث إعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على عينة عددها 70 أستاذ. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الأساتذة الباحثين يستخدمون خدمات المعلومات الحديثة أكثر من الخدمات التقليدية المتوفرة في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة مولود معمري إلا أنها غير كافية لتلبية الحاجيات ولم تصل بعد إلى المستوى المطلوب، فغالبا ما يحتاج الأستاذ بما أنه مدرس وباحث في آن واحد إلى مراجع متنوعة في جميع التخصصات العلمية، إذ هناك نقائص في الموارد الحديثة ونقص التحديث، سواء المصادر المطبوعة أو الإلكترونية ومحدودية وعي الأساتذة الباحثين بخدمات المكتبة المركزية تعد من أبرز التحديات التي تواجههم، اذ بينت النتائج وجود تباين بين حاجيات الأساتذة من المعلومات وبين ما تقدمه المكتبة من خدمات. شملت هذه الدراسة على إقترحات تتمحور حول نشر الوعي بأهمية استخدام خدمات المعلومات وضرورة توفير الدعم من الجامعة للإرتقاء بمستوى أعلى من الجودة وتحسين الأداء وتطوير خدمات المعلومات من أجل تحقيق أهداف المكتبة المتمثلة في تقديم خدمات ذات جودة ونوعية وضرورة تكثيف الجهود لتصميم خدمات معلومات جديدة تساهم في رفع مستوى الإستفادة وتدعم المسار البحثي للأساتذة الباحثين.
Cette étude vise à explorer la réalité et les perspectives de l'utilisation des services d'information par les professeurs pour soutenir leurs activités académiques et de recherche, que ce soit dans le domaine de l'enseignement ou dans le cadre de travaux universitaires tels que des conférences, des séminaires, des colloques et des recherches. Elle vise également à clarifier l'intérêt des professeurs-chercheurs pour les services d'information fournis par la Bibliothèque centrale de l'Université Mouloud Mammeri et leur utilisation de ces services dans leur production scientifique. Elle vise également à explorer dans quelle mesure ce type de service contribue à l'amélioration du niveau de production intellectuelle des professeurs. identifier les types de services d'information et leur importance pour répondre aux besoins et aux aspirations des bénéficiaires.
Dans cette étude, nous avons utilisé une approche analytique descriptive. Pour ce faire, un questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon de 70 professeurs. Les résultats ont montré que les professeurs-chercheurs utilisent davantage les services d'information modernes que les services traditionnels disponibles à la Bibliothèque centrale de l'Université Mouloud Mammeri. Cependant, ces services sont insuffisants pour répondre aux besoins et n'ont pas encore atteint le niveau souhaité. En tant qu'enseignants et chercheurs, les professeurs ont souvent besoin de références variées dans toutes les disciplines scientifiques. Les ressources modernes et les mises à jour, tant imprimées qu'électroniques, sont insuffisantes. La méconnaissance des services de la bibliothèque centrale par les professeurs-chercheurs constitue l'un des principaux défis auxquels ils sont confrontés. Les résultats ont mis en évidence un décalage entre les besoins d'information des professeurs et les services proposés par la bibliothèque. Cette étude incluait des propositions visant à sensibiliser à l'importance de l'utilisation des services d'information et à la nécessité d'un soutien universitaire pour améliorer la qualité, la performance et le développement des services d'information afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la bibliothèque : fournir des services de haute qualité. Il est également nécessaire d'intensifier les efforts pour concevoir de nouveaux services d'information qui contribuent à accroître les bénéfices et à soutenir le parcours de recherche des professeurs-chercheurs.
This study aims to explore the reality and prospects of professors' use of information services to support their academic and research activities, whether in the field of teaching or in the completion of academic work such as lectures, seminars, conferences, and research. This study aims to clarify the extent of professor researchers' interest in the information services provided by the Central Library of Mouloud Mammeri University and their use of these services in their scholarly production. It also aims to explore the extent to which this type of service contributes to raising the level of intellectual output of professors. It also aims to identify the types of information services and their importance in meeting the needs and satisfying the desires of beneficiaries. In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach. To achieve this study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 70 professors. The results showed that professor researchers use modern information services more than the traditional services available in the central library of Mouloud Mammeri University. However, these services are insufficient to meet needs and have not yet reached the desired level. As both a teacher and a researcher, professors often need a variety of references in all scientific disciplines. There are deficiencies in modern resources and a lack of updating, both printed and electronic sources. The limited awareness of professor researchers of the central library's services is one of the most prominent challenges they face. The results showed a discrepancy between professors' information needs and the services provided by the library. This study included proposals centered around spreading awareness of the importance of using information services and the need for university support to raise the level of quality, improve performance, and develop information services in order to achieve the library's objectives of providing high-quality services. It is also necessary to intensify efforts to design new information services that contribute to raising the level of benefit and supporting the research path of professor researchers.
