| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على وجود علاقة الاجهاد المهني وعلاقته بحوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية ENIEM بواد عيسى تيزي وزو، وشملت هذه الدراسة عينه من العمال تقدر ب 100 عامل وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة البسيطة العشوائية واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي القائم على جمع وتحليل ما كتب عن الموضوع (الابحاث والدراسات) لبناء خلفية النظرية للدراسة، واما بالنسبة لطرق تحليل البيانات استخدمنا معامل الارتباط بيرسون (R) واعتمدنا على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين الاجهاد المهني وحوادث العمل لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية ENIEM، للوصول الى فكرة مفادها كلما زاد الاجهاد المهني للعمال زادت نسبة حوادث العمل. The study aimed to identify the existence of the occupational stress relationship and its relationship to work accidents among the workers of ENIEM in Oued Issa Tizi Ouzou. This study included a sample of workers estimated at 100 workers. The sample was selected in a simple random manner. We relied on the descriptive curriculum based on the collection and analysis of what was written on the subject (research and studies) to build the background of the theory of the study, and on methods of data analysis we used the Pearson (R) correlation coefficient. The study found the following findings: the correlation between occupational stress and work accidents among ENIEM workers, to arrive at the idea that the higher the occupational stress of workers the higher the incidence of work accidents. | |
