Abstract
ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية:
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع المناعة النفسية والشعور بالأمل لدى المرأة المصابة بالعقم، حيث تعتبر هذه من النساء العقيمات من الفئات التي تتعرض لضغوط نفسية وجسدية تؤثر على حياتهن اليومية. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المناعة النفسية والشعور بالأمل لدى النساء المصابات بالعقم، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العيادي الذي مكننا من فهم أعمق للحالات النفسية للنساء المصابات بالعقم من خلال التحليل الكيفي وذلك باستخدام الأدوات العلمية التي تمثلت في مقياس المناعة النفسية والشعور بالأمل، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة العيادية النصف الموجهة والملاحظة العيادية. بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي لدراسة العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية والشعور بالأمل بطريقة كمية، لقد تم استخدامه في هذه الدراسة لجمع البيانات من عينة قصدية مكونة من 30 امرأة مصابة بالعقم.
استخدمت الدراسة مقياسيين المناعة النفسية والشعور بالأمل. بعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة، أولا أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب النساء المصابات بالعقم يتمتعن بمستوى متوسط من المناعة النفسية، ثانيا تبينت النتائج أن أغلب النساء اللواتي يعانين من العقم يتمتعن بمستوى مرتفع من الشعور بالأمل، ثالثا أظهرت النتائج أن هناك
علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة ودالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين.
Résumé :
Cette étude porte sur le thème de l’immunité psychologique et du sentiment d’espoir chez la femme atteinte d’infertilité. Ces femmes font parties des catégories les plus exposés à des pressions psychologiques et physiques qui affectent leur vie quotidienne. L’objectif de cette recherche est d’identifier le niveau d’immunité psychologique et de sentiment d’espoir chez les femmes infertiles, ainsi que de révéler la nature de la relation corrélationnelle entre ces deux variables.
Cette étude a adopté la méthode clinique, qui nous a permis d’approfondir la compréhension des états psychiques des femmes atteintes d’infertilité à travers une analyse qualitative. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé des outils scientifiques tels que l’échelle de l’immunité psychologique, l’échelle du sentiment d’espoir, l’entretien clinique semi-directif ainsi que l’observation clinique.
En parallèle, nous avons également eu recours à la méthode descriptive afin d’examiner, de manière quantitative, la relation entre l’immunité psychologique et le sentiment d’espoir. Cette méthode a été appliquée sur un échantillon intentionnel de 30 femmes souffrant d’infertilité.
Deux échelles ont été utilisées : celle de l’immunité psychologique et celle du sentiment d’espoir. Après la collecte et l’analyse des données à l’aide du logiciel statistique SPSS, l’étude a abouti à plusieurs résultats importants :
1- La majorité des femmes infertiles présentent un niveau moyen d’immunité psychologique.
2- La majorité des femmes souffrant d’infertilité montrent un niveau élevé de sentiment d’espoir.
3- Les résultats ont révélé une relation corrélationnelle positive, modérée et statistiquement significative entre les deux variables.
Abstract :
This study addresses the topic of psychological immunity and the sense of hope among women with infertility, these women are among the groups most exposed to psychological and physical pressures that affect their daily lives. The aim of this study is to determine the level of psychological immunity and sense of hope in infertile women, and to explore the nature of the correlational relationship between them.
The study adopted the clinical approach, which allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the pschological states of women with infertility through qualitative analysis. To achieve this, we used scientific tools such as the psychological immunity scale, the sence of hope scale, the semi-structured clinical interview, and clinical observation.
In addition, we used the descriptive method to quantitatively examine the relationship between psychological immunity and the sense of hope. This method was applied to a purposive sample of 30 women suffering from infertility.
The study used two scales : psychological immunity and sense of hope. After collecting and analyzing the data using the statistical program SPSS, the study reached several important findings :
1- Most infertile women have a moderate level of psychological immunity.
2- Most of the women suffering from infertility have a high level of hope.
3- The results showed a moderate, statistically significant positive correlation between the two variables.
