Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على فعالية الاتصال العمومي في تجسيد المشاركة الالكترونية للمواطنين عبر الصفحة الرسمية ""فايسبوك"" للمجلس الشعبي الولائي لتيزي وزو كما تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الصفحة الرسمية apw في تقريب الولاية من المواطن عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بهدف تجسيد المشاركة الالكترونية .
و لقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي كونه الأمثل لجمع المعلومات و البيانات ذلك من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج ذات مصداقية كبيرة بحيث استخدمنا من أجل ذلك أدوات مننها استمارة الاستبيان و الملاحظة ،ومن أهم النتائج المتصلة إليها في دراستنا ما يلي:
تساهم المشاركة الالكترونية للمواطنين في ترقية وتفعيل خدمات الهيئات المحلية
ساهمت الصفحة الرسمية للمجلس الشعبي الولائي لولاية تيزي وزو في تحقيق الفعالية والمرونة في خدمة المواطن
ان المجلس الشعبي الولائي لتيزي وزو أحيانا ما يتفاعل مع آراء ومقترحات المواطنين على مستوى الصفحة الرسمية على موقع الفايسبوك
The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of public communication in embodying the electronic participation of citizens through the official 'Facebook' page of the Provincial People's Assembly of Tizi Ouzou. In the present study, we also discussed the role of the official APW page in bringing the state closer to the citizen through social networking sites, with the aim of embodying electronic participation.
In the present research, we have relied and based on the survey method as it is crucial for collecting information and data in order to reach highly credible results. For that, we used tools including the questionnaire and observation form. The following, represent the most important results related to our study :
The electronic participation of citizens contributes to the promotion and activation of the services of local authorities.
The official page of the State People's Assembly of Tizi Ouzou has contributed to achieve efficiency and flexibility in serving the citizen.
The National People's Assembly of Tizi Ouzou sometimes interacts with the opinions and suggestions of citizens at the level of the official page on Facebook.
