Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور جودة الحياة المهنية في تماسك الجماعة حيث تم القيام بدراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية (ENIEM) تيزي-وزو، وقد احتوت الدراسة على متغير مستقل تمثل في جودة الحياة المهنية ومتغير تابع تمثل في تماسك الجماعة.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (50) عاملا،تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. ولجمع المعطيات اعتمدنا على استبيان "خليل إسماعيل إبراهيم ماضي" لجودة الحياة المهنية وأيضا استبيان تماسك الجماعة للباحث "بلال مجيدر". وكان الغرض من ذلك، التأكد من مدى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة الحياة المهنية على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييفبالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية.
وبعد جمع المعلومات وتفريغها بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي Spss تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
- يوجد تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة الحياة المهنية على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييف بمؤسسة أونيام(ENIEM).
- يوجد تأثير إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأثر الأمن والاستقرار الوظيفي على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييف بمؤسسة أونيام(ENIEM).
- يوجد تأثير إيجابي ضعيف وذو دلالة إحصائية لأثر الأجور والمكافآت المالية على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييف بمؤسسة أونيام(ENIEM).
- يوجد تأثير إيجابي ضعيف وذو دلالة إحصائية لأثر المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييف بمؤسسة أونيام(ENIEM).
- يوجد تأثير إيجابي ضعيف وذو دلالة إحصائية لأثر فرص الترقية والتقدم الوظيفي على تماسك الجماعة لدى عمال وحدة التهوية والتكييف بمؤسسة أونيام(ENIEM).

Abstract:
The study aimed to investigate the role of professional quality of the group cohesion. A field study was conducted at the National company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM) in Tizi-Ouzou. The study included an independent variable representing professional quality of life and a dependent variable representing group cohesion.
The research adopted a descriptive analytical approach, with a sample size of (50) workers selected through simple random sampling. Data collection relied on the questionnaire by "Khalil Ismail Ibrahim Madi" for professional quality of life and the group cohesion questionnaire by researcher "Bilal Majider". The purpose was to verify whether there is a statistically significant effect of professional quality of life on group cohesion among workers in the ventilation and air conditioning unit at the National Institution for Electrical Home Appliance Industries.
After data collection and analysis using the SPSS statistical program, the following results were obtained:
- There is a statistically significant positive effect of professional quality of life on group cohesion among workers in the ventilation and air conditioning unit at the (ENIEM).
- There is a statistically significant positive effect of job security and stability on group cohesion among workers in the ventilation and air conditioning unit at the (ENIEM).
- There is a weak positive effect, statistically significant of the impact of wages and financial bonuses on group cohesion among the workers of the ventilation and air conditioning unit at (ENIEM).
- There is a weak positive effect, statistically significant, of the impact of participation in decision- making on group cohesion among the workers of the ventilation and air conditioning unit at (ENIEM).
- There is a weak positive effect, statistically significant, of the impact of promotion and career advancement opportunities on group cohesion among the workers the ventilation and air conditioning unit at (ENIEM).

Résumé de l’étude :
L’étude visait à examiner le rôle de la qualité de vie professionnelle dans la cohésion de groupe. Une étude de terrain a été réalisée à la Société Nationale des Industries Électrique et Ménagère (ENIEM) à Tizi-Ouzou. L’étude comprenait une variable indépendante représentant la qualité de vie professionnelle et une variable dépendante représentant la cohésion de groupe.
La recherche a adopté une approche descriptive et analytique, avec une taille de 50 travailleurs sélectionnés par un échantillonnage aléatoire simple. La collecte des données s’est appuyé sur le questionnaire de "Khalil Ismail Ibrahim Madi" pour la qualité de vie professionnelle et le questionnaire de cohésion de groupe du chercheur "Bilal Majider". L’objectif était de vérifier s’il existait un effet statistiquement significatif de la qualité de vie professionnelle sur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de L’institution Nationale des Industries Électroménagère.
Après la collecte et l’analyse des données à l’aide du programme statistiques SPSS, les résultats suivants ont été obtenus :
- il existe un effet positif statistiquement significatif de la qualité de vie professionnelle sur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de l’institution (ENIEM).
- il existe un effet positif statistiquement significatif de la stabilité de l’emploi sur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de l’institution (ENIEM).
- il existe un effet positif faible et statistiquement significatif de l’impact des salaires et des récompenses financières sur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de l’entreprise (ENIEM).
- il existe un effet positif faible et statistiquement significatif de l’impact de la participation à la prise de décision sur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de l’entreprise (ENIEM).
- il existe un effet positif faible et statistiquement significatif de l’impact des opportunités de promotion et d’avancement professionnelsur la cohésion de groupe parmi les travailleurs de l’unité de ventilation et de climatisation de l’entreprise (ENIEM).
