Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة مشكلة أساسية يواجهها العالم يوميا نظرا لتصاعد النفايات البلاستيكية و تنوع مصادرها و صعوبة تحللها ما أنتج ظاهرة التلوث البلاستيكي واسع النطاق الذي أثر سلبا على المنظومة البيئية، و هذا ما دفع الفاعلين في مجال البيئة لوضع إطار قانوني و مؤسساتي لضبط الإستراتيجيات البيئية المحددة لتسيير النفايات البلاستيكية و مراقبة مدى الإمتثال للمعايير البيئية. و لحل هذه المشكلة نقترح المذكرة لإنشاء مواد بناء صديقة للبيئةما يندرج ضمن الجهود الوطنية و الدولية لترقية حلول بيئية منخفضة التكلفة.
This study addresses a fundamental issue faced by the world on a daily basis, due to the increasing volume of plastic waste, the diversity of its sources, and its resistance to degradation. These factors have given rise to widespread plastic pollution that has adversely affected the environmental system. This situation has prompted actors in the environmental field to establish a legal and institutional framework to regulate environmental strategies for managing plastic waste and monitoring compliance with environmental standards.
To contribute to solving this problem, this dissertation proposes the creation of environmentally friendly construction materials, which falls within national and international efforts to promote low-cost, eco-friendly solutions.
