Abstract
تؤدي تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة دورا مهما في تطوير الصحافة المكتوبة؛ والتي بدورها تسعى
لمواكبة هذه التطورات الهائلة التي تشهدها هذه التكنولوجيات للمحافظة على مكانتهاء وذلك من خلال
إدخال مختلف هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية في العمل الصحفي لتحسينه وتطويره وزيادة فعاليته؛ حيث تهدف
دراستنا هذه إلى التعرف على تأثيرات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم التحولات التي
طرأت على الأداء المهني للصحفيين بعد استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بجريدة الشروق اليومي»
وانطلاقا منا سبق oS3 توصلنا إلى صياغة السؤال الجوهري التالي:
ما هو تأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة على الأداء المهني للصحفيين بجريدة الشروق اليومي؟
وقد قمنا بتفكيك هذا السؤال إلى مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية والتي جاءت كالتالي:
1-ما مدى استخدام جريدة الشروق اليومي لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة؟
2-ما هي الوسائل التكنولوجية الأكثر استخداما في جريدة الشروق اليومي لتحسين الأداء المهني
للصحفيين؟
3- كيف تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في الرفع من حجم العمل بجريدة الشروق اليومي؟
4- كيف تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين نوعية الأداء المهني بجريدة الشروق اليومي؟
5-كيف تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في زيادة سرعة الأداء المهني بجريدة الشروق اليومي؟
6-ما هي العلاقة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وتحسين الأداء المهني للصحفيين
والمتغيرات التالية:السن؛ الجنس؛ المستوى التعليمي والاقدمية؟
7-ما هي معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بجريدة الشروق اليومي على الأداء المهني
للصحفيين؟
تتمحور دراستنا هذه في ثلاثة فصول أولها الإطار المنهجي والثاني في الإطار النظريء والذي يشمل
ماهية تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة و الصحافة المكتوبة والأداء المهني ثم الإطار التطبيقي.
وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية الشائعة في بحوث الاتصال والتي تقوم على تفسير الوضع
القائم بالظاهرة أو المشكلة من خلال تحديد ظروفها وأبعادهاء والعلاقة بين متغيراتهاء حيث وصفنا من
خلال هذه الدراسة خصائص ظاهرة محددة؛ وهي تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ومدى تأثيرها على الأداء
المهني للصحفيين العاملين بجريدة الشروق اليومي؛ وكذا العلاقة بين استخدام هذه التكنولوجيات بجريدة
الشروق وتحسين الأداء المهني للصحفيين العاملين بهاء والتي اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج دراسة حالة؛
والذي يتميز عن المناهج الأخرى بكونه يهدف إلى التعرف على وضعية واحدة معينة وبطريقة تفصيلية
دقيقة؛ وتتمثل الحالة التي تطرقنا لها في دراستنا هذه في جريدة الشروق اليومي؛ والتي طبقنا عليها هذا
المنهج بهدف دراستنا كنموذج للوصول إلى تعميمات أوسع حول الحالة المدروسة؛ وذلك من خلال
دراستنا الميدانية والتي اعتمدنا في فيها على الاستمارة عن طريق توجيه مجموعة من الأسئلة المرتبطة
بالمعلومات التي يسعى الباحث للوصول إليها من خلال مبحوثيه والتي قمنا بتقسيمها إلى أربعة محاور»
يشمل المحور الأول البيانات الشخصية للمبحوثين؛ إما المحور الثاني فقد تطرقنا فيه إلى عادات وأنماط
استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة لدى الصحفيين بجريدة الشروق اليومي؛ إما المحور الثالث فقد
تناولنا فيه واقع تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بجريدة الشروق اليومي» أما المحور الرابع فقد تطرقنا فيه إلى
معوقات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة بجريدة الشروق اليومي؛ كما استخدمنا المقابلة المقننة أو الموجهة
بحيث طرحنا مجموعة من الأسئلة على كل من السيد "سليم TGS سكرتير رئيس التحرير بجريدة
الشروق اليومي؛ والسيد 'نسيم لكحل" مدير موقع الشروق اونلاين؛ بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة والتي اعتمدنا
عليها لملاحظة سلوك الصحفيين العاملين بجريدة الشروق اليومي؛ وكيفية تعاملهم واتصالهم بين بعضهم
البعض أو مع المسؤولين بالإضافة إلى ملاحظة اهو الوسائل التكنولوجية التي يستخدمونها وأيهما الأكثر
استخداماء ومدى تأثير هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية على أدائهم المهني.
وقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة بجريدة الشروق اليومي؛ بحيث اعتمدنا على العينة القصدية من خلال اختيارنا
لعينة من الصحفيين العاملين بجريدة الشروق اليومي والتي تقدر ب 50 مفردة في فترة حصرت بين شهر
جويلية إلى نهاية شهر أوت لتحليلها كميا وكيفيا حسب أسئلة الاستمارة.
وبعد تحليلنا لتلك البيانات توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تؤكد أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال ساهمت في
الرفع من حجم العمل وتحسين نوعيته بالإضافة إلى تحسين الأداء المنهي للصحفيين بجريدة الشروق
اليومي وذلك_ من خلال توفير الجهد والوقت والتكاليف وتحسين محيط العمل بالإضافة إلى توفير
المعلومات اللازمة؛ كما ساهمت في تسهيل وتبسيط العمل الصحفيين خصوصا والعمل الإعلامي عموماء
بحيث جعلت العمل الإعلامي آني وفوري بالإضافة إلى أنها سهلت عملية الحصول على المعلومات من
خلال توفير الصور والفيديوهات؛ كما أن جريدة الشروق تعتمد على سياسة تحفيز الصحفيين لاستخدام
تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة لتحسين مستواهم؛ وذلك من خلال توجيههم إلى ضرورة التخصص والتوسع
في هذا الميدان وذلك من خلال القيام بدورات تدريبية وتكوينية بالإضافة إلى إحضار اقتناء مختلف
التجهيزات والمعدات التكنولوجية لمساعدة وتحفيز الصحفيين على أداء مهامهم على أحسن وجه.

Based on the above, we have come up with the following fundamental question:
What is the impact of modern communication technology on the professional performance of journalists in the ECHOROUK daily newspaper?
We have divided this question into a series of sub-questions, which are as follows:
1- What is the extent to which the daily newspaper uses modern communication technology?
2- What are the most used technology devices in ECHOROUK daily newspaper to improve the professional performance of journalists?
3- How does modern communication technology increase the daily work of ECHOROUK daily newspaper ?
4- How does modern communication technology improve the quality of professional performance in ECHOROUK daily newspaper?
5- How does modern communication technology increase the speed of professional performance in ECHOROUK daily newspaper?
6- What is the relationship between the use of communication technology and improving the professional performance of journalists and the following variables: age, gender, educational level and seniority?
7- What are the obstacles to using modern communication technology in ECHOROUK daily newspaper on the professional performance of journalists?
This study focuses on three chapters, the first is the methodological framework and the second in the theoretical framework, which includes what modern communication technology, written press, professional performance and then the applied framework.
Through this study, we describe the characteristics of a specific phenomenon, namely modern communication technology and its impact on the professional performance of journalists working ECHOROUK daily newspaper, as well as the relationship between the use of these technologies ECHOROUK daily newspaper and improving the professional performance of its journalists. In which we relied on the case study approach, which distinguishes it from other curricula as it aims to identify one particular situation in a detailed and accurate way, and the case that we addressed in this study in the daily newspaper, which we applied this approach to.
This study was conducted as a model to reach broader generalizations about the studied case, through our field study, in which we relied on the questionnaire by directing a set of questions related to the information that the researcher seeks to reach through his respondents. The second axis dealt with the habits and patterns of the use of modern communication technology among journalists in the ECHOROUK daily newspaper, while the third axis we dealt with the reality of
modern communication technology in the ECHOROUK daily newspaper, and the fourth axis has touched the constraints of modern communication technology in ECHOROUK daily newspaper, as we used the interview inhalers or directed so that we raised a series of questions to each of Mr. "Salim Kahaf" secretary of the chief editor in ECHOROUK daily newspaper, and Mr Nassim KAHLOUCHE site manager of ECHOROUK Online. In addition to the observation, which we relied on to observe the behavior of journalists working in ECHOROUK daily newspaper, how they deal with and communicate with each other or with officials, in addition to the most important technological methods they use and whichever is the most used, and the impact of these technologies on their professional performance. This study was conducted in ECHOROUK daily newspaper, so we relied on the intentional sample by selecting a sample of journalists working in ECHOROUK daily newspaper, estimated at 50 individuals in a period between the end of July to the end of August to analyze them quantitatively and qualitatively according to the questionnaire.
After analyzing these data, we came to a set of results confirming that communication technology contributed to increase the volume of work and improve the quality of work in addition to improving the professional performance of journalists in the ECHOROUK daily newspaper by saving effort, time and costs and improve the work environment in addition to providing the necessary information, Facilitate and simplify the work of journalists in particular and media work in general, so that the media work made Annie and immediate in addition to facilitating the process of obtaining information through the provision of photos and videos.
