Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الرفاه النفسي في العمل والإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة ولاية تيزي وزو، ومستوى كل من الرفاه النفسي في العمل والإنغماس الوظيفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 70 عامل تم اختيارهم عن طريق الحصر الشامل، حيث تمّ اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب لدراستنا الحالية، ولقد تم الإعتماد في دراستناعلى الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومن خلال إستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS تمّ التوصل إل النتائج التالية :
_ يوجد مستوى مرتفع في الرفاه النفسي في العمل لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_ يوجد مستوى مرتفع في الإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_ توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرفاه النفسي في العمل والإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_ توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ظروف العمل والإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_ لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأجور والمكافئات والإنغماس الوظيفي لد عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين علاقات العمل والإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
_ توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوازن بين الحياة والعمل والإنغماس الوظيفي لدى عمال بلدية بني دوالة.
The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological well-being at work and job immersion among workers in the municipality of Beni Douala, Tizi ouzou province, and the level of both psychological well-being at work and job immersion The study sample consisted 70 workers who were selected througha comprehensive survey, where the descriptive and analytical approach was followed. Appropriate for our current study. In our study, we relied on the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and through the use of a set of statistical methods and statisfically processing the data using the SPSS program, the following results were reached :
_ There is a high level of psychological well-being at work among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is a high level of job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is a statisfically significant correlation between psychological welle-being at work and job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is a statisfically significant correlation between working conditions and job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is no statisfically significant relationship between wanges, rewards, and job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is a statisfically significant correlation between work relationship and job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
_ There is a statisfically significant correlation between wirk-life balance and job immersion among Beni Douala municipality workers.
