Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التفاؤل والتشاؤم والوحدة النفسية لدى المرضى المصابين بالقصور الكلوي، وتمحورت دراستنا حول الفرضيات التالية:
• يتسم مرضى المصابون بالقصور الكلوي بمستوى منخفض من التفاؤل.
• يتسم مرضى المصابون بالقصور الكلوي بمستوى مرتفع من التشاؤم.
• يتسم مرضى المصابون بالقصور الكلوي بمستوى مرتفع من الوحدة النفسية.
واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي بتقنية دراسة حالة، وتكونت حالات الدراسة من تسعة حالات مصابة بالقصور الكلوي، أربعة منهم إناث وخمسة ذكور تتراوح أعمارهم بين 33 إلى 69 سنة وقد تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية.
تمت الدراسة بمستشفى نذير محمد بتيزي وزو، وأعتمد فيها على المقابلة نصف موجهة مع تحليل مضمون المقابلة، بالإضافة إلى مقياس التفاؤل والتشاؤم لدمبر1989، ومقياس الوحدة النفسية لراسل وكترونا 1980، حيث توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية :
استجابات مرضى القصور الكلوي متباينة على مقياس التفاؤل والتشاؤم.
يظهر الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي من خلال مقياس الوحدة النفسية حيث تحصلت حالات الدراسة على درجة تمكننا من القول أن مستوى الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لديهم متباين بين منخفض ومرتفع.
أن التفاؤل يحد من الشعور بالوحدة النفسية، أما التشاؤم يساهم في رفع درجة الوحدة النفسية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي.
This study aims to identify the level of optimism, pessimism and psychogical loneliness among patients with renal failure. Our study focused on the following hypotheses:
-Patients with renal failure are characterized by low levels of optimism.
- Patients with renal failure are characterized by high levels of pessimism.
-Patients with renal failure are characterized by high levels of psychological loneliness.
In this study, we relied on the clinical approach using case study technique the study cases consisted of nine cases suffering from kidney failure, four of them females and five males, ranging in age from 33 to 69 years. The sample was chosen intentionally.
The study was conducted at Nadir Mohamed Hospital in Tizi Ouzou .We relied on a semi-confrontational interview with content analysis .In addition, we used the Damper Optimism and Pessimism Scale 1989 and the Russell and Catrona Psychological Loneliness Scale 1980 .The study reached the following results:
Renal failure patient’s responses varied on the optimism and pessimism scale.
The psychological loneliness of renal failure patients is evident through the psychological loneliness scale, as the study subjects achieved a score that allows us to say that their levels of psychological loneliness varied between low and high.
Optimism stems from psychological loneliness, while pessimism contributes to increased levels of psychological loneliness in renal failure patients.
