Abstract
يعد الاتصال هو الركيزة الأساسية في كل المؤسسات والتنظيمات اذ يتميز بكونه عملية حيوية وديناميكية توطد العلاقات الإنسانية والتنظيمية بين جميع أفرادها مما يساهم في تحقيق التكامل بينها وبين مختلف وحداتها للوصول إلى تحقيق العمل الذي تتطلب الكفاءة والفعالية.
ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة لتكشف مدى تأثير الاتصال التربوي داخل مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل الرئيسي والتساؤلات الفرعية لهذه الدراسة تم تطبيق الحصر القصدي لموظفي المؤسسة الصم والبكم البالغ عددهم 35 موظف.
وقد تم استخدام المنهج المسحي الذي يقوم على جمع البيانات وتفسيرها وتحليلها وبعد استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان تم الوصول إلى نتيجة أخيرة مفادها أن فعالية الاتصال التربوي هو الأساس الذي تقوم عليه المدرسة في بناء التفاهم والتوصل مع تلاميذ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
Communication is the pillar of all institutions and organizations, since it is characterized by being a vital and dynamic process that consolidates human and organizational relationships between all its members, which helps to achieve integration between them and its different units to achieve the achievement of the work that requires efficiency and effectiveness.
From this point of view, this study has come to reveal the magnitude of the impact of educational communication within schools for people with special needs.
The survey method was used, which is based on data collection, interpretation and analysis, and after using the observation, interview and questionnaire data collection tools, a final conclusion has been achieved that the effectiveness of educational communication is the basis on which the school builds understanding and communication with students with special needs.
