Abstract
تدخل هذه الدراسة في إطار التحضير لنيل شهادة في علم النفس، تخصص عمل وتنظيم وهي تحت عنوان: "اتجاهات العمال نحو التكوين ـ دراسة ميدانية على عينة إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية بولاية تيزي وزو"
هناك عدة أسباب دفعتنا إلى اختيار هذا الموضوع للدراسة أهمها:
- محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع التكوين في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية؛
- إبراز أهمية برامج التكوين في خلق اتجاهات العمال نحو العملية التكوينية.
في حين تتجلى أهمية الدراسة في كون هذه الأخيرة:
- تناولت جانبا مهما من شخصية الأفراد والمنظمات على حد سواء؛
- تناولت فئة الإطارات التي تعتبر موضوعا قليل التناول.
أما الهدف منها فهو:
- الكشف عن اتجاهات العمال نحو العملية التكوينية؛
- الكشف عن الفروق الموجودة بين العمال فيما يخص واقع التكوين في المؤسسات الجزائرية؛
- الكشف عن الفروق الموجودة بين العمال فيما يخص الفئات الأكثر استقطابا للتكوين؛
- الكشف عن الفروق الموجودة بين العمال فيما يخص آفاق التكوين (السبل والوسائل).
وطرحت هذه الدراسة التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:
ـ ما هي اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو التكوين؟.
والذي تفرعت عنه التساؤلات الجزئية التالية:
ـ ما هي اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو واقع التكوين ؟؛
ـ ما هي فئات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية الأكثر استقطابا لبرامج التكوين؟
ـ ماهي اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو آفاق التكوين (السبل والوسائل).
وللإجابة عليها، فقد وضفنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأعددنا استبيان بغرض جمع البيانات من فئة الإطارات، اخترنا منهم 60 فردا كعينة عشوائية بسيطة، وذلك على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية التي كانت ميدانا للدراسة.
ويمكن حصر أهم النتائج المُتَوَصَلْ إليها في:
- يمكن القول أن اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو التكوين إيجابية؛
- توجد فروق فردية ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو واقع التكوين؛
ـ توجد فوق فردية ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مختلف فئات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية الأكثر استقطابا للتكوين؛
ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات إطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرو منزلية نحو أفاق التكوين (السبل والوسائل).
وعلى ضوء النتائج التي توصلنا إليها، اقترحنا التوصيات التالية:
ـ تطويل نظام التكوين المعتمد والتركيز على الجوانب التطبيقية والمعرفية؛
ـ إتباع أساليب حديثة في طرق ووسائل التدريب بعيدا عن الطرق والأساليب التقليدية
This study, belonging to the Psychology Master's Prohibition Framework, majoring in Humans Resources Organization and Management, entitled "Workers Attitudes to the training Process, a field study on a sample of Frameworks Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager, in the state of Tizi Ouzou.
There are several reasons why we chose this topic for research, the most important of which are:
- Attempt to determine the reality of the training of industrial companies in Algeria;
- Eager to learn how to train staff in an organization to keep up with changes and developments in the administrative field.
- Emphasize the importance of training programs to workers' attitudes toward the training process.
While the importance of this study is reflected in the latter:
- It addresses composition in the tire category, a topic that, to our knowledge, has not been adequately addressed.
Its goals are:
- Determinate the nature of the attitudes of employees in the organization towards the formation process.
- Learn about the process of training workers in institutions as part of the new reform and the general’s attitudes of workers towards this process especially.
- Uncover individual’s differences among employees related to training realities.
- Identify individual’s differences among workers in the tire category that attracts the most training.
- Uncover individual’s differences in training horizons (paths and means) among workers.
- Provide comments and suggestions based on the results achieved.
This study raises the following main questions:
- What are the educational trends for the National Home Appliance Industry Corporation.
This leads to the following sub-problems:
- What are the real trends in tire training at Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager ?
- Which country household electrical industry company category attracts the most training programs ?
- What are the trends in the educational vision (way and means) of the Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager ?
To answer these questions, we incorporated a descriptive approach in this study and prepared a questionnaire to collect data-informations from tire categories, from which we randomly selected 60 subjects at the Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager.
The main results obtained can be summarized as follows:
- It can be said that the educational inclination of the Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager is positive.
- There are statistically significant individual differences in trends in electric home tires in training reality.
- There is a statistically significant one of the aforementioned individuals across the Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager various tire categories.
- There were statistically significant differences in trends in educational horizons (paths and means) across the Enterprise Nationale des Industries Electromenager.
Based on our results, we make the following recommendations:
- Provide a good training system for employees in the organization, focusing on all aspects of knowledge and practical skills.
- Attention needs to be paid to worker attitudes towards institutional training processes;
- Need to follow the latest training methods, methods and means, away from traditional methods and methods.
