Abstract
حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تناول موضوع أخلاقيات العمل وتأثيره على التغيير التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة بشرحه، وتقديم مفاهيم عامة لهذين المتغيرين، حيث بدأنا بعرض شامل لنشأتها وأهميتها وأبعادها ومصدرها لنصل إلى محاولة توضيح أثر أخلاقيات العمل على التغيير التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة، ثم جاءت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية في ثانوية لتحقيق أو تنفي صحة الفرضيات بنجاح أخلاقيات العمل في التأثير الإيجابي والسلبي على التغيير التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة.
Abstract
Through this study, we tried to address the topic of work ethics and its impact on organizational change within the institution by explaining it and presenting general concepts for these two variables. We started with a comprehensive presentation of its origin, importance, dimensions and source to reach an attempt to clarify the impact of work ethics on organizational change within the institution. Then came the results of the field study in secondary school to achieve or deny the validity of the hypotheses of the success of work ethics in the positive and negative impact on organizational change within the institution.
