Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى كل من الألم النفسي والوحدة النفسية لدى عينة من الطالبات الجامعيات المصابات بالسرطان، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج العيادي وتطبيق مقياس الألم النفسي الذي يشمل القلق، الاكتئاب، الضغط النفسي ومقياس الوحدة النفسية مرفقا بتقنية المقابلة العيادية حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 5 طالبات جامعيات بمستويات وتخصصات مختلفة.
حيث أسفرت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: وجود درجات متفاوتة من الألم النفسي والوحدة النفسية حيث تحصلنا على:
وجود مستوى مرتفع ومتوسط من الألم النفسي يتجلى في مظاهر القلق، الحزن، الخوف من المستقبل....
وجود مستوى مرتفع ومتوسط من الوحدة النفسية ما يظهر ذلك في الشعور بالاختلاف ونقص الدعم...
ما يتضح على المعاناة المركبة للطالبات الجامعيات المصابات بالسرطان حيث تتقاطع آثار المرض الجسدية مع الضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية والدراسية.
The study aimed to explore the levels of both psychological pain and psychological loneliness among a sample of female university students diagnosed with cancer.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the clinical method was used, along with the application of a psychological pain scale—which includes anxiety, depression, and psychological stress—as well as a psychological loneliness scale, supported by the clinical interview technique. The tools were applied to a sample of five female university students from different levels and fields of study.
The study yielded the following results:
There were varying degrees of psychological pain and psychological loneliness observed.
• A high to moderate level of psychological pain was found, manifested in symptoms such as anxiety, sadness, and fear of the future.
• A high to moderate level of psychological loneliness was also identified, reflected in feelings of being different and lacking support.
These findings highlight the complex suffering experienced by female university students with cancer, as the physical effects of the illness intersect with psychological, social, and academic pressures.
